摘    要:对中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司1.20 Mt/a S Zorb装置再生器下料中断原因进行了分析。提出了处置措施:加强原料和工艺精细化管理,确保汽油含水量维持最低水平;将再生器下料流程,从原设计的再生器锥体底部输送吸附剂至再生滑阀,改为再生器筒体下部斜管下料管线输送至再生滑阀,防止吸附剂结块堵塞管路;清理再生器底部锥体,疏通再生空气分配器;控制再生配风最小流量,清理再生器松动氮气限流孔板,更换再生器转剂线。再生器下料恢复正常,保证了装置长周期运行。

Abstract:The reason of material interruption of regenerator in 1.20 Mt/a S Zorb unit in SINOPEC Jiujiang company is analyzed. The treatment measures are put forward as follows: strengthening the fine management of feedstock and process to ensure that the water content of gasoline is kept at a minimum level. In the original design, adsorbent is transported from the bottom of the regenerator cone to the regeneration slide valve, which is replaced by the inclined pipe feeding pipeline at the lower part of the regenerator to the regeneration slide valve to prevent the blockage of pipeline by adsorbent agglomeration;cleaning the cone at the bottom of regenerator, dredging the regeneration air distributor, controlling the minimum flow of regeneration air distribution, cleaning the loose nitrogen flow restriction orifice plate of regenerator, and replacing the regenerator transfer agent line. The material interruption of regenerator returns to normal, which ensuring the long-term operation of the device.
