摘    要:针对重油催化裂化装置中,中压蒸汽系统的安全阀当设备超压起跳时,巨大的泄放压力会对安全闽产生反冲力致使安全阀根部发生后仰。运用力学知识分析得出,安全阀反冲的根本原因是安全阀起跳后由于反冲力在连接管件根部产生的弯曲应力远远大于管子的最大许用应力,使安全阕起跳时管件发生弯曲。根据现场的实际情况,在安全阀的根部做加强筋板或在连接管与设备的焊接处进行补焊加强,解决了该安全隐患。
