加工伊朗油工艺条件对加氢裂化反应的影响

摘    要:介绍了不同原料油以及工艺条件对加氢裂化产品分布、产品性质的影响。研究结果表明,随着转化率的提高,伊朗减压馏分油加氢裂化所得的轻石脑油异构烃含量逐渐增加,重石脑油芳潜逐渐降低,喷气燃料烟点逐渐增加,柴油十六烷值逐渐增加,尾油BMCI值逐渐降低。当加氢裂化反应温度为394℃时,轻石脑油异构烃质量分数为75.83%,重石脑油芳潜为54.02%,喷气燃料烟点为27 mm,柴油十六烷值为63.5,尾油BMCI值为6.9。另外,当伊朗减压馏分油掺炼不同比例蜡下油加氢裂化时,在相同转化率下,掺炼比例对加氢裂化产品分布影响不大,但对产品性质影响较大。随着掺炼比例的增加,重石脑油芳潜降低,喷气燃料烟点增加,柴油十六烷值增加,尾油BMCI值降低,当掺炼10%蜡下油时,重石脑油芳潜为58.63%,喷气燃料烟点为27 mm,柴油十六烷值为61.2,尾油BMCI值为8.3。

Abstract:The effects of different types of feed oils and process conditions on product distribution and product properties of hydrocracking are introduced.The results show that with the increase of conversion rate,the isohydrocarbon content of light naphtha produced by hydrocracking of Iranian vacuum gas oil,smoke point of jet fuel and cetane number of diesel oil gradually increase while the BMCI value of tail oil and the potential aromatic content of heavy naphtha decrease.When the hydrocracking temperature is 394℃,the content of isomeric hydrocarbon in light naphtha is 75.83%,the potential aromatic content of heavy naphtha is 54.02%,the smoke point of jet fuel is 27 mm,the cetane number of diesel is 63.5,and the BMCI value of tail oil is 6.9.In addition,when Iranian vacuum gas oil is hydrocracked blending with different proportion foots oil,the blending proportion has a little influence on the product distribution of hydrocracking to the similar conversion.But has great influence on the properties of products.With the increase of blending proportion,the potential aromatic content of heavy naphtha and the BMCI value of tail oil decrease,the smoke point of jet fuel and the cetane number of diesel fuel increase.When blending proportion is 10%,the potential aromatic content of heavy naphtha is 58.63%,the smoke point of jet fuel is 27 mm,the cetane number of diesel fuel is 61.2,and the BMCI value of tail oil is 8.3.
