IFP与UOP连续重整再生技术烧炭过程的分析和比较

摘    要:对IFP和UOP连续重整技术的再生过程进行了分析和比较。IFP再生技术由于采用了加压干式冷循环再生 ,与UOP再生技术相比具有如下特点 :①再生气体入口温度较低 ,催化剂床层的平均温度和床层峰温较低 ,再生循环气体用量较少 ;②由于再生气体循环回路中设置了干燥系统 ,再生循环气体的水含量低 ,催化剂的比表面积损失小 ,从而延长了催化剂的使用寿命 ;③再生循环气体的氯含量低 ,且催化剂上的氯流失少 ,所需氯化剂用量少 ,设备材质要求低 ;④能耗较高 ,废碱液排放较多。综合上述因素来看 ,IFP再生技术稍优于UOP再生技术。

Abstract:Analysis and comparison of coke burning processes of IFP's and UOPs' continuous catalyst regeneration(CCR) were given.By adopting the technique of pressurized dry cold recycled catalyst regeneration,the IFP's has following characteristics to UOP's: (1) lower inlet temperature of regeneration gas,lower average temperature and lower peak temperature of the catalyst bed,lower recycling regeneration gas(RRG) flow.(2) a drying system was put into the recycle loop of RRG,thus the water content in RRG reduced,the loss of the specific area of catalyst lowered and the service life of catalyst prolonged.(3) lower chlorine content in RRG,less loss of chlorine in catalyst and less use of chlorination agent.(4)higher energy consumption and more discharge of waste caustic liquid.
