臭氧氧化法烟气脱硝初步研究

摘    要:在实验室将N2,O2,NO,SO2等气体按一定比例混合以模拟工业烟气。将此烟气与臭氧一同送入臭氧氧化塔进行反应,记录气体的流量、温度、反应时间等,将反应后的气体送入吸收塔用碱液进行吸收,同时将吸收塔底部的碱液用泵打循环,对吸收塔顶部排出的气体进行检测,通过对比反应前后的臭氧和NOx浓度变化来考察脱硝实验效果。实验结果表明,在反应时间1~3 s、反应温度50~60℃下有较高的脱硝效率,但随着温度升高脱硝效率急剧下降;在反应时间4 s、反应温度50~90℃下,能达到90%的脱硝效率;在反应时间5s、反应温度50~90℃下,脱硝效率仅80%左右。随着反应温度升高脱硝效率总体呈下降趋势;在反应温度50~100℃、反应时间是1~5s下,脱硝效率都比较高,但当反应温度超过100℃后脱硝效率快速下降。研究确认适宜的反应时间为4s。

Abstract:The N2,O2,NO and SO2 were mixed at a certain ratio in the laboratory to simulate industry flue gas.The simulation flue gas and ozone were sent to ozone oxidation tower for reaction,and gas flowrate,temperature,and reaction time were recorded.The reacted gas effluent was directed to the absorber for absorption with liquid alkaline,and alkaline from bottom of absorber was recycled by recycle pump.The gas from overhead of absorber was tested to compare the ozone and NOx concentrations to study the denitrification efficiency.The laboratory tests demonstrate that the denitrification efficiency is higher at a reaction time of 1-3 seconds and a reaction temperature of 50~60 ℃.The denitrification efficiency goes down rapidly with rising temperature.Under the conditions of 4 seconds of reaction time and 50~90 ℃ of reaction temperature,the denitrification efficiency is as high as 90%.Under the conditions of 5 seconds of reaction time and 50~90 ℃ of reaction temperature,the denitrification efficiency is only about 80%.At the conditions of 1-5 seconds of reaction time and 50~100 ℃ of reaction temperature,the denitrification efficiency is higher.When the reaction time exceeds 100 ℃,the denitrification efficiency falls down rapidly.The good reaction time is 4 seconds.
