生产超低硫催化汽油的对策

摘    要:我国汽油质量升级速度在加快,2017年12月31日起全国将执行国Ⅴ汽油标准。为此,各炼油厂均视具体情况选择和确定解决问题的方案。应围绕催化裂化装置存在的问题,例如操作性能、烟气排放物含量限制、催化汽油的性质等,结合原油加工总流程和产品调合来选择相关加氢技术。介绍了催化原料加氢预处理的目的、反应机理、催化裂化的操作模式、催化汽油加氢方案以及催化原料预处理—催化裂化—催化汽油加氢组合流程的方案,探讨了生产超低硫催化汽油的对策。

Abstract:With rapid development of quality upgrading of gasoline in China, the Guo V gasoline stand- ard will begin to be implemented on December 31, 2017. To meet this requirement, all refineries and petrochemical plants in China begin to select solutions based upon their specific conditions. For FCC unit, appropriate hydrotreating processes and operating severity are selected based upon operation performance, limitations on flue gas emission and properties of FCC gasoline and in consideration of overall process flow for-crude oil processing and product blending. Here introduced are the objectives of hydrotreating of FCCU feedstock, FCC reaction mechanisms, FCCU operating mode, hydrotreating processes for FCC gasoline and integrated process of FCC feedstock hyddrotreating-fluid catalytic craeking-FCC gasoline hydrotreating. The strategies for producing ultra-low-sulfur FCC gasoline are studied.
