摘    要:近年来在浮顶油罐普及的同时,火灾、爆炸事故也越来越多。以某油库为实例,利用GIS技术,构建了一套浮顶油罐的安全监控信息系统,并对其功能进行了简单描述。该系统功能专一性强,从事故发生的根本原因入手,完全针对浮顶油罐的爆炸隐患。能杜绝火灾、爆炸的发生,是储油罐区实现数字化管理的重要组成部分。

Abstract:With the popularization of floating-roof tanks, there is an increasing number of fire and explosion accidents in recent years. In one of oil terminals, GIS technology was applied to establish a safety monitoring and controlling information system for floating-roof tanks, and some functions of the system are described. The system, which has a strong specialty function, starts with tracking the roots causes of accidents to completely eliminate the potential danger and hazards of fire and explosion in floating-roof tank operation. It is an important part in the digital management of oil terminal.
