焦化装置有毒气体和挥发性有机气体治理措施

摘    要:对焦化装置内产生的大量有毒气体和挥发性有机气体来源进行了排查,并提出了治理方案。通过对除臭系统流程进行改造,可以进一步脱除挥发性有机气体和阻止有毒气体进入环境;对液化气罐V-302和污油罐T-203脱液线进行改造可以实现密闭切液;改造酸性水过滤器反冲洗排焦池流程可以实现污水密闭排放;优化停工吹扫流程和进行停工除臭,可以进一步减少有毒气体和挥发性有机气体排放。

Abstract:The sources of toxic gases and volatile organic gases with large quantities in the delayed coking unit are examined and effective treatment options are presented.After the improvement of the deodorization process,volatile organic gas can be further removed and toxic gases are prevented from flowing into the environment;By revamping of the de-liquid lines of V-302 and T-203,closed fluid cutting can be realized;After revamping of process of coke pit for back flush of sour water filter,the waste water can be discharged in closed loop.In addition,the optimization of purging process and shutdown for de-odoring can further reduce the emissions of toxic gases and volatile organic gases.
