深海油气开发水下防喷器应急声呐监控系统

摘    要:本文针对当前深海油气开发井口应急封井装置的远程水声遥控需求,结合国内外当前现状和未来发展趋势,开展了深海井口水下防喷器应急声呐监测系统技术研究。给出了系统总体方案及组成结构,对系统基本工作原理进行了阐述说明,并对系统关键技术进行了具体分析。最后,结合系统样机湖海初步试验情况,给出相应测试结果数据。湖海试验测试结果表明,该系统在兼容国外产品安装结构及工作频带的基础上,扩展了水下控制接口数量,增加了定时水声遥测、水下光控可视化显示以及深海现场更换外部电池时保持工作等功能,具有良好的工程实用性和可靠性。

Emergency Sonar Monitoring System of Underwater BOP for Deep Sea Oil and Gas Development

Abstract:According to the requirement of remote underwater acoustic remote control for the wellhead emergency shut in device of deep-sea oil and gas development,combined with the current situation and future development trend at home and abroad,the technology research on the emergency sonar monitoring system of deep-sea well mouth BOP is carried out.The overall scheme and structure of the system are given,the basic working principle of the system is explained,and the key technologies of the system are analyzed.Finally,combined with the preliminary test of the system prototype,the corresponding test results are given.The results of lake sea test show that the system has good engineering practicability and reliability on the basis of compatibility with the installation structure and working frequency band of foreign products,expanding the number of underwater control interfaces,increasing the functions of timing underwater acoustic telemetry,underwater optical control visualization display,and maintaining the work when the external battery is replaced in the deep sea field.
