摘    要:在加工过程中 ,原油中的大部分硫将进入催化裂化等二次加工装置 ,产生多种含硫的腐蚀介质 ,形成多种腐蚀类型。管混原油中的硫主要以硫化氢、单质硫、硫醇、硫醚、二硫化物和噻吩等形态存在。加工过程中 ,硫化物主要分布在减压蜡油 (占 16 .15 %)和渣油中 (占 77.16 %) ;催化反应后 ,原料中硫的 5 .0 1%进入再生烟气 ,43.72 %进入干气、液化气 ,5 .5 3%进入汽油 ,2 9.10 %进入柴油 ,10 .96 %进入油浆中 ;加氢原料反应后 ,有 14.35 %的硫残存于精制柴油中。文章对加工过程中的腐蚀问题进行了分析 ,提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:Most of the sulfur of the crude oil comes to the downstream process units in processing, resulting in various corrosive media and different corrosion forms. The sulfur in the crudes is present mainly in the form of hydrogen sulfide, sulfur element, mercaptan, thioester, disulfide and thiophene etc. In process the sulfur compounds are mainly distributed in vacuum gas oil (16.15%) and residue oil (77.16%). 5.01% of sulfur in the FCCU feedstock ends up in flue gas, 43.72 in dry gas and LPG, 5.53% in gasoline, 29.10% in diesel oil and 10.96% in slurry oil, while most of the sulfur compounds in Hydroprcessing unit is removed in processing and only about 14.35% of sulfur remains in the finished diesel oil. The corrosion in oil processing was analyzed and the countermeasures were presented.
