| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司常减压装置的硫腐蚀特点及腐蚀机理，分析了装置的硫分布趋势，对常减压蒸馏装置的塔类设备和换热器进行腐蚀调查后。在装置目前的工艺防腐蚀基础上提出了合理的腐蚀防护措施。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and mechanisms of sulfur corrosion in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of SINOPEC Jinan Company was briefly presented. The sulfur distribution trend of the unit was analyzed. According to investigation of corrosion in towers and heat exchangers of the unit, appropriate anticorrosion measures based on the existing process corrosion prevention of the unit were presented. |
