摘    要:原油储罐底部的沉积水对油罐内底板产生了严重腐蚀。文章采用静态挂片方法研究了Q235-B钢在沉积水中的腐蚀行为,比较其在不同温度下的腐蚀速度。用扫描电镜观察了微观腐蚀形貌,用X-衍射仪对腐蚀产物进行了分析。研究结果表明:随着温度的升高,腐蚀速度呈上升趋势。在此基础上,提出了行之有效的防护措施。

Study on Corrosion of Q235-B Steel Crude Oil Tanks

Abstract:Water in the bottom of crude oil tanks corroded the internal bottom plates severely. Static coupon test was performed to study the corrosion behavior of Q235 - B steel in the settled water and the corrosion rates under different temperatures were compared. Corrosion surface topography was observed by SEM and corrosion products were analyzed by X - RAY diffraction. The study showed the corrosion rate increased with rising temperature. Based on above study, effective corrosion prevention measures were recommended.
