摘    要:色牢度是喷墨印花织物的重要性能指标之一,其级别的高低直接影响着喷墨印花织物的质量.为了得到具有较好色牢度的喷墨印花织物,本实验分别使用不同种类、不同含量的固色剂制备颜料型喷墨油墨,探讨固色剂种类和含量对织物皂洗、沾色色牢度和摩擦色牢度的影响;通过改变焙烘条件,探讨了不同固色剂的焙烘温度和焙烘时间对织物皂洗、沾色色牢度和摩擦色牢度的影响.实验结果表明,固色剂FK-500对织物皂洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度影响较大,可有效的改善油墨的固色效果;当FK-500的含量为3wt%,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间为2min时,皂洗色牢度可达4级,沾色色牢度为4.5级,干/湿摩擦色牢度分别为3.5级和3级,总的色牢度较好.

Influence of Fixing Agent on the Color Fastness of Ink-Jet Printing Fabric

Abstract:Color fastness is one of the most important performance indicators of the ink-jet printing fabric, and its level directly affects the quality of ink-jet printing fabric. In order to get a kind of ink-jet printing fabric with good color fastness, ink samples were prepared with different types of the fixing agents to study the effect of the kinds and content of the fixing agents on the fabric soaping color fastness, staining fastness and rubbing fastness. By changing the baking condition, the influence of baking time and baking temperature of fixing agents on the fabric soaping color fastness, staining fastness and rubbing fastness was discussed. The results showed that fixing agent FK- 500 has the great impact on the fabric soaping color fastness and rubbing fastness, and can effectively improve the fixation effect of fabric. When the content of FK - 500 is 3wt%, baking temperature of 180℃ and baking time of 2min, soaping color fastness can reach 4 level, staining fastness is 4. 5 level, wet and dry friction fastness are 3. 5 level and 3 level, then color fastness is much better.
