摘    要:随着印刷技术在电子器件制备中应用的日益普遍,传统印刷技术,如凹版印刷、丝网印刷和喷墨打印的局限性体现出来.与传统印刷技术相比,气溶胶喷印是一种新兴的“直写式”印刷技术,具有无接触、无压力、无印版等特点.在印刷过程中,以气动或超声雾化方式获得气溶胶,借助惰性气体输送,喷印到衬底上,形成预设微图案.本文介绍了气溶胶喷印技术的基本原理和优缺点,阐述了该技术在印刷电子等领域的最新应用及亟需改进的问题,为拓展气溶胶喷印的应用领域提供参考.

Abstract:Print technology is applied in the preparation of electronic devices,the limitations of conventional printing technologies such as gravure printing,screen printing and ink-jet printing,are reflected.Compared with these printing technologies, aerosol jet printing is non-contact,no-pressure,and maskless as a novel "direct-writing" printing technology.In a typical process,the ink is pneumatically or ultrasonically atomized to obtain aerosol,which is transported through the inert gas carrier,deposited onto the substrate,and form predesigned micro-patterns.Herein,the principle,advantages and disadvantages of aerosol jet printing were summarized,as well as its recent application in printed electronics.It will provide the reference to expanding the application of aerosol jet printing.
