| 摘 要： | 时下,随着人们生活水平的提升,如何追求健康长寿越来越成为人们日常生活中谈论的热点。于是,不知不觉中,益生菌(Probiotics)保健法从盛行已久的日本及欧美传到了中国。益生菌属于有益菌,但并非所有的有益菌都称得上是益生菌,成为益生菌必须符合下述7个条件,即1.能够耐受胃液、胆汁,以存活的状态到达肠内;2.能够在肠内增殖;3.被科学实验证明能够改善肠内菌群;4.能确保安全性;5.原来就是肠道菌群的一种;6.存活在食品中并能保持有效的菌数;7.价廉且容易处理。其产品一般可以改善微生物与酶的平衡或刺激特异性与非特异性免疫,从而改善肠道菌群…
