Abstract:A colloidal gold immunochromatography method was established for rapid detection of five kinds of sulfonamides,sulfisozole(SIZ),sulfathiazole(STZ),sulfameter(SME),sulfamethizole(SMT),sulfachloropyrazine(SCPA),from food of animal origin.Tri-sodium citrate with aqueous gold chloride were mixed to make 20 nm colloidal gold which were labeled to the Broad-spectrum specificitical anti-SAs polyclonal antibody,and the compound was sprayed onto the glass fiber.The SAs-OVA and goat anti-rabbit IgG were jet-positioned onto anitrocellulose membrane dispense on test line and control line respectively.Colloidal gold was coupled with monoclonal antibody against sulfonamides served as the test strip,test results can be directly observed by eye measurement.For pork,chicken,carp samples,the visual detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg,and the detection time was less than 10 minutes.This method was fast,simple and reliable,with high sensitivity,specificity.It was proved to be used to spot monitor the sulfonamides residues as an effective means of screening.
