亚硒酸钠的急性和蓄积毒性试验研究

摘    要:目的:为安全生产补硒保健食品和保障食品安全提供科学参考依据。方法:本试验旨在用保健食品常见的硒强化剂亚硒酸钠对小鼠进行不同剂量灌胃,通过急性和蓄积性毒性试验,系统研究硒对小鼠生长性能,组织病理变化,血常规、血液生化指标等的影响,建立小鼠硒中毒的动物模型。结果:急性毒性试验表明:小鼠经口LD50为3.86mg/kg;蓄积性毒性试验表明:亚硒酸钠对小鼠有弱蓄积性。

Abstract:Kun Ming mice were taken as animal models and were intragastricly administrated wtih Sodium Selenium-containing health foods for the acute and accumulative toxicity experiment.By the systematic research of the effects of selenium on the growth,pathological change,blood biochemical and routine indexes of the animals.Result showed that the LD50 was 3.86 mg/kg and selenium was weak accumulative toxicity to mice.This research provided some scientific evidence and reference for the production of non-polluted mea...
