摘    要:为研究微波辅助萃取制备茶树花浸膏的工艺,通过单因素试验考察了萃取温度、萃取时间和溶剂(石油醚)添加量等三个因素对茶树花浸膏得率的影响,采用响应曲面法对萃取工艺进行了优化,并建立了影响因素和浸膏得率之间的回归方程.结果表明:在萃取温度45℃、萃取时间5.5 min和溶剂添加量1300 mL的条件下,得率达到最大值(5.0...
