摘    要:建立原子荧光光谱法测定食用植物油中镉的含量.利用微波消解样品,对食用植物油中的镉进行原子荧光测定.Cd在0~2.0 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.0000,最低检出浓度为0.0078 ng/mL,回收率均在90%以上.该方法简便、快捷、有较高的灵敏度、准确度、精密度和较低的检出限,适合食用植物油中镉含量的...

Abstract:A method was established for the determination of cadmium in edible vegetable oil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using the Microwave Digestion.The good linear relation was determined as 0~2.0ng/mL by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with a regession coefficient of 1.0000.The detection limit was 0.0078 ng/mL and the recovery rate of spiked samples ranged above 90%.This method was simple,rapid and accurate,with high sensitivity,precision and low detection limits.This method was suitable for determination for cadmicim in edible vegetable oil.
