摘    要:为明确不同饲养密度对东亚小花蝽若虫生长发育的影响,在室内测定了恒定空间中不同饲养密度下东亚小花蝽若虫的存活率、成虫获得率和雌雄比等指标。结果显示,不同饲养密度对东亚小花蝽的存活率和成虫获得率均有显著影响,但对成虫雌雄比影响不显著。各处理中低龄若虫死亡率较高,特别在高密度饲养条件下表现更为明显,且随着饲养密度的增加,若虫存活率和成虫获得率均呈下降趋势,其中100~400头/瓶的若虫在饲养10 d时的存活率为69.81%~73.38%,成虫获得率为65.63%~69.63%。当饲养密度为1 500和2 000头/瓶时,饲养10 d时的存活率分别为46.77% 和47.75%,成虫获得率分别为38.27%和37.76%。因此,较低密度条件下饲养能显著提高东亚小花蝽成虫的获得率。

Abstract:In order to clarify the effects of different rearing densities on the growth and development of O. sauteri nymphs, the indexes of survival rate, adult harvest rate and female-male ratio of O. sauteri nymphs at different rearing densities were evaluated in indoor constant space. The results showed that rearing density significantly affected the survival rate and adult harvest rate of O. sauteri nymphs, but had no significant effects on the female-male ratio. Among the treatments, the death rate of young nymphs was higher, especially at higher rearing density. The survival rate and adult harvest rate of nymphs presented a decreasing trend with the increase of rearing density. At lower rearing densities(100 to 400 nymphs per bottle), the nymph survival rate was 69.81%-73.38% and the adult harvest rate was 65.63%-69.63% after 10 days of rearing. While at higher rearing densities (1 500 and 2 000 nymphs per bottle), the nymph survival rates were 46.77% and 47.75% and adult harvest rates were 38.27% and 37.76% respectively after 10 days of rearing. Therefore, lower rearing density can promote the adult harvest rate of O. sauteri nymphs.
