| Abstract: | The main methods of distant hybridization, such as traditional sexual hybridization, somatic cell hybridization, in vitro fertilization, pollen\|tube pathway and gene transformation were compared, and the prospects of pollen\|tube pathway method application in tobacco breeding were also discussed. |
