一种烟草感官评价分析方法的建立及应用

摘    要:为加强烟草在制品感官质量的控制,增强卷烟产品质量的稳定性,建立了一种烟草感官对比评价分析的方法,判定测试样品与对照样品各感官指标的符合程度.依据专家调查意见对各感官指标赋予权重,利用数理统计方法结合各评吸人员的评价结果,计算出感官偏离评价指标D值,并根据D值大小判定测试样品与对照样品感官特性偏离程度.应用结果表明:该方法适用于测试样品与对照样品感官特性偏离程度的评价,可以为在制品及卷烟成品质量控制环节的评价提供一种有效方法.
