| 摘 要： | 烟草行业现采用的卷烟防伪标识存在防伪成本高,防伪手段易复制,难以杜绝批量假冒产品等问题,利用计算机技术、密码学、喷码技术、语音技术、无线通信技术相结合,运用"即算即得"的数码编译模式,构建了烟草企业产品数码追溯防伪及语言/短信智能系统。该系统采用模块化设计,在生产过程中实时采集卷烟生产信息,通过数码编译软件的处理,及时生成能反映生产信息的产品追溯防伪数码,并在线喷印在卷烟产品包装上,实现了产品追溯和防伪功能。该系统在烟草工业企业的产品质量全过程的追溯管理、防伪保真、营销互动与移动办公等方面也有良好的应用效果。 |
