摘    要:为解决风力送丝和配丝过程中产生的烟丝分层及造碎率较高等问题,提高送丝环节的控制能力,在原风力配丝装置的基础上,吸收小车送丝的优点,采用喂入式配丝方式,开发出了新型风力配丝装置。生产验证结果表明,与改进前相比,系统风速降低4.0m/s,整丝率提高1.40%,碎丝率降低0.50%,有效降低了配丝和风送过程中的造碎,较好地解决了烟丝分层问题,控制精度明显提高。

Abstract:To solve the problems of cut tobacco segregation and higher breakage rate in the process of pneumatic feeding and distributing,and improve the control ability in cut tobacco feeding,a new type pneumatic distributor was developed on the basis of original pneumatic distributor and taking the advantage of dolly feeding system.The testing results showed that the system's average air velocity decreased by 4.0m/s,the proportion of long strands was 1.40% higher,the proportion of short strands was 0.50% lower than before;the breakage of cut tobacco during distributing and pneumatic feeding decreased effectively;the problem of cut tobacco segregation was well solved;and the control precision improved obviously.
