| 摘 要： | 新型滤棒气力输送装置整机采用模块化设计,由料箱、发射单元、速度保持器、配气部件及独立电控系统组成。介绍了发射单元的工作原理,对于该装量中发射单元的配气过程、滤棒下落和发射过程、速度保持器的工作原理、电控系统的设计进行了详细论述。该装置还增加了故障自动处理机构。

| Abstract: | A new modular pneumatic conveying system for filter rod comprising hopper, ejector, speed stabilizer, pneumatic manifold and independent electric control system was designed. The working principle of ejector was introduced, and the air distribution process of ejector, falling and ejecting process of filter rod, the working principle of speed stabilizer, and design of the electric control system were discussed . Moreover, an automatic trouble shooting mechanism was added in the device. |
