压电陶瓷在切丝机补偿机构中的应用

摘    要:切丝机在工作中其刀具需要补偿磨损量 ,现行的补偿磨损装置多采用机械或气 -机结合的传动装置。利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应研制成功了压电陶瓷微位移器 ,在静动态下效果良好 ,其线性度、稳定性、回零性和滞后量均达到了理想程度 ,可用于切丝机刀具磨损补偿装置中。

Abstract:The tobacco cutter's knives needed to be advanced to compensate for the wear while machine running. The existing wear compensation unit uses mechanical or pneumatic_mechanical driving device. A piezoelectric micro-displacement unit was developed by means of the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, its linearity, stability, zero_resetting ability and value of delay were satisfactory both in static and dynamic states, and could be used in the knife wear compensation unit in tobacco cutter.
