摘    要:研究了烟草不同基因型叶片生长过程中主要化学成分的变化 ,结果表明 ,在叶片生长过程中 ,硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素、总碳、还原糖和总氮含量呈下降的趋势 ,石油醚提取物、烟碱含量逐渐增加。不同基因型间含碳化合物的变化差异不大 ,烟碱的变化差异显著

Abstract:The changes of major chemical components in tobacco leaf during the growth of different genotypes were studied. The results indicated that NR activity and the contents of chlorophyll, total carbon, reduced sugars and total nitrogen were decreased, and the contents of petroleum ether extract and nicotine were gradually increased during the growth of tobacco plant. Although the difference of carbonous compounds was not significant, the nicotine content was significantly different among the tested genotypes.
