烤烟化学指标和平衡含水率间的关系

摘    要:为了解烤烟烟叶各项化学指标与其吸湿性间的关系,检测了76种国内外烤烟烟叶样品的吸湿、解湿平衡含水率、总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、氯、钾、pH,并对检测数据进行了简单相关分析、灰色关联度分析和典型相关分析.结果表明:①烤烟烟叶的吸湿、解湿含水率与其总糖、还原糖、pH达到极显著正相关,与钾达极显著负相关,吸湿含水率与总氮达极显著负相关,解湿含水率与总氮达显著负相关,吸湿、解湿含水率与烟碱、氯之间的关系均不显著;②烤烟烟叶的吸湿和解湿含水率与其各化学指标的灰色关联度从大到小的顺序均为总糖、还原糖、pH、氯、烟碱、总氮、钾;③烟叶化学指标对典型变量的载荷量大小顺序为总糖、pH、还原糖、烟碱、氯、钾、总氮.烤烟烟叶的总糖、还原糖含量及pH与其吸湿性间的关系最密切,烟碱、总氮、氯、钾含量也能从一定程度上反映或影响吸湿性.
