摘    要:为寻找HXD不同工艺气体温度所需最低燃烧炉温度,采用黄金分割截距法分析了A,B两种类别卷烟设置不同燃烧炉温度情况下,热交换器出口工艺气体与干燥工艺气体温差、工艺气体加热配比率与燃烧炉温之间的关系及其对叶丝干燥批内含水率合格率的影响,结果表明:①在试验范围内,A牌号的燃烧炉温度450℃、B牌号430℃为最优方案,此时每1000kg叶丝天然气耗量降低28%;②热交换器出口工艺气体与干燥工艺气体温差在30~50℃、进入热交换器加热工艺气体配比率A牌号小于86.8%,B牌号小于85.6%时所对应的燃烧炉温度能够满足含水率的控制要求,且达到最低。
