烟草中钾含量测定前处理方法的改进

摘    要:为提高烟叶中钾的分析速度 ,对连续流动分析法中烟叶的前处理过程进行了改进。即用蒸馏水直接萃取烟草中的钾作为待测液 ,并与消化法分析结果进行了比较。结果表明 ,水提取法钾的回收率为 1 0 1 3%,变异系数小于 2 %,与消化法分析结果无明显差异 ,可以替代消化法进行烟叶中钾测定的前处理。

Abstract:The preparation for continuous flow analysis of potassium in tobacco was improved to increase the analytic rate. Namely, the potassium in tobacco was directly extracted with distilled water and then analyzed. Water (extraction) was compared with traditional digestion, the results indicated that: 1) the average recovery of water (extraction) was 101.3% and its coefficient of variation was less than 2%; 2) there was no significant difference (between) the results determined by water extraction and digestion. It was concluded that water extraction could be (applied) in (sample) preparation of potassium in tobacco instead of digestion.
