| 摘 要： | 为探寻烟丝传输过程中结构指标变化关联性,以及卷烟机跑条烟丝结构变化对烟支物理指标稳定性的影响,抽取贮丝、料斗、烟枪的烟丝及对应的烟支为一组样品,通过测试随机抽取的22组样品各项指标,采用灰色关联分析方法对测试数据进行分析。结果表明:跑条烟丝结构及含水率等指标与烟支卷制质量稳定性有着较强的关联性,且跑条烟丝各结构组分对烟支物理指标稳定性的影响程度各不相同,其中2.50~3.35 mm和大于3.35 mm烟丝的含量及含水率明显影响着烟支的质量、吸阻、含末率等指标;烟丝从贮丝到烟枪的过程中,一个烟丝结构指标的变化会影响到下一环节的一个或多个结构指标的变化。
