芝麻饼肥用量对烤烟根际土壤生物活性的影响

采用盆栽控雨栽培和根际网袋的方法初步研究了芝麻饼肥用量对烟株不同生育时期根际土壤微生物数量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明 :配施不同量的芝麻饼肥对土壤中微生物数量和土壤酶活性有不同的刺激性和持续性 ,土壤微生物数量在移栽后 2 8d或 38d达最大 ,而土壤酶活性在移栽后5 3d达最大。几个处理相比较 ,饼肥占 4 0 %的处理对氨化细菌、放线菌、真菌数量和磷酸酶活性影响最大 ,饼肥占 2 0 %的处理对细菌影响最大 ,饼肥占 60 %的处理对转化酶和脲酶活性影响最大

Effects of Sesame Cake Fertilizer on Soil Biological Activity in the Rhizosphere of Flue-cured Tobacco

Effects of sesame cake fertilization at different rates on the microbe quantity and enzyme activity of rhizospheric soil during different growth stages of tobacco plant were studied by rain-controlled pot cultivation and setting string bag in soil. The results showed that there were different stimulation and sustenance on the microbe quantity and enzyme activity of rhizospheric soil applied with different rates of sesame cake. The quantity of microbe reached the maximum on 28d or 38d and enzyme activities reached the maximum on 53d after transplanting. In these treatments,the effects on the quantity of ammonifying bacteria, actinomyces, and fungi and the activity of phosphatase were most obvious in treatment with fertilizer containing 40% cake; the effects on the quantity of bacteria and the activities of urease and invertase were most obvious in treatments, with fertilizer containing 20% and 60% cake, respectively.
