摘    要:为了快速检测烟草中有机磷农药的残留量,考察了前处理条件和色谱系统(载气、温度等)分别对28种有机磷农药的回收率和分离度的影响,建立了双柱双检测器气相色谱法测定烟草中28种有机磷农药残留的方法.结果显示:①28种有机磷农药可分为2组,分别用DB-1701和DB-XLB毛细管柱分离;②有机磷农药检出限为0.009 ~ 0.029 mg/kg,回收率60.2% ~ 114.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.83% ~ 9.75%.该法适合烟草有机磷农药多残留快速测定.

Abstract:For rapidly detecting the residues of 28 organophosphorus pesticides in tobacco,a gas chromatography(GC) with double columns and dual detectors was developed via investigating the effects of sample pretreatment conditions and chromatographic separating conditions,such as carrier gas,temperature,etc.,on the recoveries and separation of the pesticides.The results showed that:1) the 28 organophosphorus pesticides could be divided into 2 groups to be separated with DB-1701 and DB-XLB capillary columns,respectiv...
