树苔浸膏、净油香味成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用

采用固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱法分析了树苔净油和浸膏的香气成分,并用树苔净油进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①树苔净油和浸膏的香气成分组成基本相同,其主要香气成分均为苔黑酚双甲醚、苔黑酚单甲醚、阿兰酚、β-苔黑酚酸甲酯、赤星衣酸甲酯、赤星衣酸乙酯、扁枝衣酸乙酯、柔扁枝衣酸甲酯、棕榈酸乙酯、亚油酸乙酯、油酸乙酯、硬脂酸乙酯、松香酸和松香酸甲酯等;②树苔净油可赋予卷烟苔样的青香香气风格,明显增加烟气浓度,并且能改善口腔和喉部的舒适感。

Analysis of Treemoss Concrete and Absolute Oil and its Application in Tobacco Flavoring

The aroma constituents in treemoss concrete and absolute oil were analyzed by SPME-GC-MS. The cigarette treated with the treemoss absolute oil was perceptively evaluated.
