| 摘 要： | 卷烟材料中卷烟纸、接装纸、成形纸和滤棒是影响卷烟烟气特征的主要因素。在卷烟材料对烟气特征影响的实验基础上,对所得的实验数据进行了深入分析,建立了滤嘴通风度、焦油、烟碱和CO释放量的预测模型,并利用多元非线性回归方法,求出了预测模型中的相关参数。结果表明,实验值与计算值之间有着较好的相关性,所得预测模型可以对卷烟设计中的材料选择起到一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The cigarette paper, tipping paper, filter wrap and filter are major factors affecting smoke components of cigarettes. Effects of all the cigarette materials on smoke components were investigated. The mathematic models for predicting filter ventilation and the deliveries of tar, nicotine and monoxide were developed, and the related factors in the models were also obtained by multicomponent nonlinear regress. The results showed that there existed good correlations between experimental data and predictive values. The models were helpful for the material selection in cigarette design. |
