卷烟烟气中苯并[a]芘测定方法研究

摘    要:为准确测定卷烟烟气中的苯并a]芘(BaP),建立了2种测定卷烟烟气中BaP的方法———高效液相色谱法和气质联用法。优化了2种方法的前处理过程、仪器分析条件,并测定了其重复性、回收率和检测限。通过2种分析方法的比较,确定了环己烷萃取、硅胶柱固相萃取纯化和气相色谱-质谱法定量检测BaP含量的标准分析方法。该法BaP的检测限为1.44ng/mL,回收率为99.45%~102.40%,CV为2.77%。采用该法测定了国内外81种卷烟烟气中的BaP含量,并对这些卷烟烟气中BaP含量分布进行了探讨。

Abstract:Two methods, HPLC and GC/MS, for determining benzopyrene (BaP) in cigarette smoke were developed. The pretreatment and instrument analysis condition were optimized and the repeatability, recovery and detectable limit of BaP were also determined. By comparing, a standard method was determined, wherein BaP in TPM was extracted with cyclohexane, then subjected to a silica SPE cartridge cleanup, and followed by quantitative analysis with GC/MS. For the method, the detectable limit of BaP was 1.44ng/mL, its recovery was in the range of 99.45%-102.40%, and CV was 2.77%. The BaP contents in 81 kinds of domestic and imported cigarettes were determined and the distribution of BaP yields of the cigarettes was discussed.
