银杏叶提取工艺及其抑菌性的探讨

摘    要:探讨从银杏叶中浸提银杏叶提取物(GBE)的简单、快捷的工艺流程,并计算银杏叶提取物的得率.进一步研究银杏叶提取物对一些常见污染菌的抑制作用,阐明了银杏叶提取物(GBE)的抑菌特点,为它在食品防腐剂、化妆品消毒止痒方面提供可靠依据.结果表明,银杏叶提取物(GBE)的抑菌效果显著,且随其浓度增高抑菌能力增强.

Abstract:The technology of extracting gingko biloba extract (GBE) and the recovery of GBE is researched.Further more,the antimicrobial activities of GBE against common contaminated microrganism are determined.The bacteriostasis of GBE has good line for use for food preservation and cosmetics sterilization.Results show that the bacteriostasis of GBE is strengthened with the increase of the GBE concentration.
