| 摘 要： | 建立了反相高压液相色谱-荧光检测器(RP-HPLC-FD)测定强化面粉中维生素B1含量的方法。试样用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液超声波提取,过滤,滤液经碱性铁氰化钾氧化后,用正丁醇萃取,萃取液直接用于色谱测定。方法三水平样品回收率(n=6)为97.7%~98.6%;八次重复性实验相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.89%~2.15%;检出限(S/N=3)为0.15ng。方法操作简便、快速、重现性好。
