摘    要:随着食品加工产业的进一步发展,食品质量和安全越来越受到公众重视,为了保护食品品质和延长食品货架期,开发新型包装材料具有重要意义。主要介绍了四种新型包装材料,包括抗菌材料、气调材料、控释材料和智能材料,总结各种包装材料的特点以及在食品包装领域的研究进展,并对未来食品包装材料的发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract:With the further development of food processing industry, food quality and safety have been paid more and more attention by the public. In order to protect food quality and extend the shelf life, it is of great significance to develop new packaging materials. In this paper, four types of new packaging materials were introduced, including antibacterial materials, air-conditioned materials, controlled-release materials and intelligent materials. The characteristics of various packaging materials and their research progress in the field of food packaging have been summarized. Moreover, the development trend of food packaging materials has been prospected.
