摘    要:粮温及其环境温度控制是储粮安全的关键因素。介绍了应用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对仓储粮堆温度场进行模拟研究,分别对仓储粮堆静态储藏和机械通风两种模式下的模拟方法、具体参数、模拟步骤进行了描述。分析了机械通风技术和CFD模拟技术在粮食安全储藏中应用前景和发展方向,对于实时监测和控制储粮环境状态(温度场、流场)的变化具有...

Abstract:The grain and the ambient temperature control are the key factors in safe storage of grain. The temperature field of grain heap is simulated and researched by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The simulation schemes, including method, parameter and process, in two mathematical models, static state and mechanical ventilation state, are described. The development trend and application of the mechanical ventilation techniques and CFD methods in safe storage of grain are reviewed. It is valuable in application of the technique to monitor and control the change of temperature field and flow field in real time.
