保健食品微囊藻毒素污染的探讨

摘    要:微囊藻毒素为富营养化淡水中最常见的藻类毒素。对微囊藻毒素的性质、毒理学、危害、在保健食品中的污染情况、限量标准等进行综述,并对是否在保健食品中制定微囊藻毒素限量标准提出几点意见。

Abstract:Microcystin(MCYSTs,MCs)is a common algal toxin in eutrophic fresh water body. In this paper, the toxicology,hazard of microcystin, and its concentration in raw materials and finished products of spires health food,and limit standard were reviewed.It was suggested that the limit standard of microcystin in health food should be formulated.
