进出口食品微生物检验有关问题的探讨

摘    要:为进一步做好食品卫生检验工作以适应我国加入WTo后的形势,根据进出口工作的实践,提出食品微生物检验工作中存在的问题:食品保质期与检验周期存在一定的冲突;抽样方法不尽完善;标准不适应工作的需要;检验方法和手段落后;检验成本核算过低。建议对保质期短的食品的生产企业实行HACCP管理;修订我国的微生物检验工作的采样方法;统一进出口食品微生物检验标准,根据需要增加新标准,增减原标准中的项目;采用先进的检验仪器、试剂、方法;按成本重新核定收费标准。

Abstract:There are some problems in the inspection of import and export foods.They include:the time needed for the testing of some foods is not short enough for the shelf life of the foods;some defects exist in sampling; the standard of the test method do not suitable for the work;the test methods and equipment are not updated;the test charge cannot compensate the test cost.We propose that HACCP be operated in food industries which produce foods with short shelf life;sampling methods be revised;some present food standards be amended;the national standards of testing methods of import and export foods be revised and unified;updated technology,equipment and reagents be adopted and the test charge be raised according to the test cost.
