摘    要:为评价各种抗疲劳作用保健食品的功效,建立了一套试验方法,包括:运动耐力试验(游泳试验)、肝糖原、血清尿素氮和血乳酸测定。经过反复验证,证明所建方法稳定、可靠,能真实地检测出产品的实际功效。可操作性强,仪器要求简单,除乳酸测定仪外,无需其它特殊的仪器,一般实验室都能开展实验

Abstract:The suit experimental methods for the assessment of function food were established, including: swimming experiment, live glycogen, serum urea nitrogen(SUN) and blood lactate concentration test. All above methods have been verified repeatedly to be stabile, reliable and the actual effects of function foods can be examined. It is easy to operate and the special instruments are not needed except the instrument for lactate determination.
