| 摘 要： | 目的建立快速测定葡萄酒中的组胺、尸胺、腐胺、酪胺、色胺、精胺、亚精胺和β-苯乙胺的液相色谱分析方法。方法采用邻苯二甲醛/巯基乙胺混合溶液为衍生化试剂,设置在线自动衍生化进样程序,反相高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中的8种生物胺。结果在0.25~10 mg/L范围内,液相色谱的荧光响应值与葡萄酒中生物胺含量呈线性关系,8种生物胺的检出限在20~100μg/L范围之间,RSD5%,日间精密度在2.5%~6.3%之间,加标回收率在91.2%~104.1%之间。结论本方法在25 min内能够测定葡萄酒中的8种生物胺,操作简单、结果准确可靠、重现性好。
