干燥技术在甘薯加工中的应用现状及前景

摘    要:介绍干燥技术包括热风干燥技术、油炸膨化干燥技术及真空冷冻干燥技术等在甘薯加工中的应用现状,分析目前甘薯干燥加工中存在的问题,提出未来甘薯干燥技术的发展趋势,并对近些年发展起来的新型干燥技术,如变温压差膨化干燥、微波干燥、红外干燥以及联合干燥技术在未来甘薯干燥加工中的应用前景进行展望.
