XDA-1大孔树脂对芹菜黄酮分离纯化的研究

摘    要:通过比较6种大孔吸附树脂对芹菜提取物静态吸附性能,筛选出大孔吸附树脂XDA-1,对它的动态吸附分离条件的上样液浓度、洗脱溶剂及洗脱速率进行研究.结果表明:XDA-1大孔吸附树脂对芹菜黄酮的静态吸附率为88.18%,解吸率98.43%.本试验优化条件为:芹菜提取物总黄酮浓度为0.7025 mg/mL,上样流速为2 BV/h,洗脱液采用2 BV/h的洗脱流速,洗脱液为4 BV/h 70%的乙醇,树脂富集倍数为8.416.

Abstract:By comparing static adsorption properties of flavonoid from the Celery extraction on macroporous adsording resin including AB-8, HP20, H-3520, D101, XDA-1, NKA-9, XDA-1 shows a higher adsorption capacity. The dynamic adsorption separating condition, example, sample concentration, wash solvent and purge velocity was studied. The results indicated that static state adsorption rate for flavonoid from Celery extraction is 88.8% , purge adsorption rate is 98.4%. This examination was optimized including 0. 702 5 mg/mL flavone concentration of celery extraction, 2 BV/h adding sample flow rate, 2 BV/h wash rate, 4 BV/h 70% Etethanol. XDA-1 macroporous adsording resin enrichment amount are 8. 418 multiple.
