啤酒糟旋转闪蒸干燥过程建模与优化

摘    要:对啤酒糟旋转闪蒸干燥过程进行了实验研究。应用改进的BP神经网络对干燥过程建模,并基于该模型采用遗传算法进行优化计算,给出在一定生产能力条件下,满足产品湿度要求的最佳操作参数,使能耗最低。结果表明该模型具有较高的精度,优化结果对实际干燥过程的操作具有指导作用。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out in real production to investigate the process of the drying beer lees in the cyclone dryer. The model of the drying process is established by applying BP-ANN, and optimizing for the process is carried out by the use of the GA. The optimum operation temperature that meets humidity need is given in certain output. The experiment results show that accuracy of the ANN model is high. The conclusion has practical applieation.
