纸基微流控芯片的加工及其应用

摘    要:纸基微流控芯片以其低成本、制作简易、方便携带可以实现现场实时检测等优点得到了广泛的应用。文章主要介绍纸基微流控芯片的加工技术,包括蜡印法、紫外光刻法、等离子体处理技术、喷墨印刷技术、融蜡浸透技术、切纸技术以及纸基微流控芯片的应用,以期为食品快速检测提供更先进的方法和更高效的途径,加速纸基微流控芯片的发展。

Abstract:As the core of the miniaturized total analysis system, microfluidic chip has the characteristics of high efficiency separation, rapid analysis, low reagent consumption and miniaturization, provides a new platform for rapid detection analysis. With the development of microfluidic technology, paper based microfluidic chip has been widely used because of its low cost, easy fabrication and convenient carrying. This paper mainly introduces the processing technology of paper based microfluidic chip, including wax printing method, UV lithography and plasma processing technology, inkjet printing technology and wax dipping technology, cutting technology and the application of paper-based microfluidic chip.
