摘    要:利用响应面分析法优化荔枝核总黄酮提取工艺。以提取时间,提取温度及乙醇浓度为响应因子,总黄酮提取得率为响应值,做三因素三水平响应面分析,经方差分析响应面模型与验证模型二者差异不显著。

Abstract:Response Surface Analysis(RSA) was applied to optimize the extraction of the total flavonoids of Semen Litchi. Temperature,time and ethanol concentration were chosen as the factors in RSA . The optimum condition was obtained from RSA.
