一株绿色木霉液体深层发酵产纤维素酶工艺研究

摘    要:研究了pH值、温度和溶解氧对一株绿色木霉进行液体深层发酵产纤维素酶的影响及其控制 :在 10L的通气机械搅拌发酵罐中 ,接种量为 10 % ,发酵过程采取分段控制pH值、温度和溶解氧的工艺 ,发酵 72h左右酶活力最高 ,FPA和CMC酶活力分别达到 6 7U/ml和 375U/ml。

Abstract:The effect of pH value, temperature and soluble oxygen on the deep liquid fermentation of cellulose-enzyme with a trichoderma green were studied. In a 10-litre aerate fermentation jar with machine mix round,the dosage of inoculation was 10%.The pH value,temperature and soluble oxygen were controlled step by step. The enzyme reached peak activity when ferment for about 72 h. FPA enzyme and CMC enzyme reached to 67 U/mL and 375 U/mL.
